We Believe Everyone Deserves

a Safe Place to Call Home

At Heartland Homes, our mission is simple:

Housing is a human right β€” not a luxury, not a privilege, and not something anyone should spend a lifetime paying off.

Our homes don’t just offer shelter.

They offer freedom, independence, and hope β€” the foundation every human being deserves.

And with every home purchased, we help someone else find safety too.

This is more than a business.

It’s a movement. A community. A promise to rebuild together.

Meet

Jason

Founder, Builder, Problem Solver, Community Advocate

Heartland Homes Project Pty Ltd was founded by Jason Siebert, a man whose life has been shaped by service, resilience, and a deep belief in doing what’s right.

Jason isn’t a typical housing executive.

He’s a former Combat Engineer in the Australian Army, a lifelong fabricator, a hands-on builder, a charity founder, and someone who steps up when others can’t.

His journey into housing began during the devastating 2022 Northern Rivers floods.
Jason witnessed families sleeping in cars, sheds, and makeshift shelters β€” ordinary people who had lost everything overnight. He saw the fear, the uncertainty, and the lack of fast, practical housing solutions.

Instead of watching from the sidelines, he took action.

He began building and delivering emergency homes for displaced families, ultimately launching Heartland Homes and Rehome Roots Charity to create real, long-term solutions for community recovery.

With over 25 years of metal fabrication experience, design skills, and a background in fitness and personal development, Jason blends discipline, innovation, and heart into everything he builds.

He’s known for:

Thinking outside the box

Solving problems others can’t

Creating homes that are practical, safe, and built to last

Leading with compassion and transparency

Serving communities with zero ego

Outside of housing, Jason fills his life with the things that keep him grounded: yoga, Muay Thai, meditation, climbing, cooking, and time in nature β€” all part of the discipline and heart he brings to his work.

Jason’s Philosophy

β€œI don’t believe anyone should live without safety or dignity.
I’ve seen what happens when people fall through the cracks.
Heartland Homes exists to make sure nobody gets left behind.”

This mission drives everything we do β€” from engineering to transparency to our Pay It Forward model.

Jason’s Philosophy

Our Core

Values in Action

Each value directly from your brand playbook, written in warm, accessible language.

Housing as a Human Right

Everyone deserves a safe, secure, dignified place to call home β€” without debt or discrimination.

We stand for accessibility, fairness, and real pathways forward.

Compassion in Action

Every home we sell helps someone else find safety through our Pay It Forward model.

We don’t just talk about community β€” we show up for it.

Empowerment Through Independence

We help people reclaim control of their lives with honest, debt-free homeownership options.

No banks. No lifelong mortgages.
No pressure.

Sustainability for People
and Planet

Our homes are built with lightweight, eco-conscious materials designed for durability and a smaller footprint.

Sustainable for you, sustainable for
Australia.

Trust Built on Transparency

No secrets. No shortcuts. No dodgy imports.
We share everything openly β€” from engineering to pricing to compliance.

Community Before Profit

Success isn’t measured in sales β€” it’s measured in lives changed.

We’re building a movement where everyone rises together.
